1 - No Racism Of Any Kind Will Be Tolerated On Netcafe Radio/Free 4U Graphics - Any Member Found To Have Posted Anything With Any Form Of Racism In It Will Be Permently Banned.

2 - Any Member Found Using Racist Slurs In The Forum Chat Will Be Permanently Banned.

3 - No Cursing Or Foul Language Will Be Tolerated In Either Posts Or In The Forum Chat.

4 - Do Not Post Porn Ever, This Will Result In a Permanent Ban.

5 - No Advertising For Other Forums In Either Your Posts Or In The Chat, Unless permisssion Is Given To You By Admin To Do So.

6 - No Picking On Or Bullying Other Members Ever.

7 - We Have A Happy Site, We Intend To Keep It That Way, No Drama Will Be Tolerated.

8 - If You Are Unsure Of How To Do Something PM Any Of Moderators/Staff, Thats What We Are Here For To Help And Assist Our Members.

9 - Please Always Keep In Mind And Be Aware When Posting, That Your Posts May Be Viewed By Teens.

10 - Before using ANY part of On Netcafe Radio/Free 4U Graphics  inlcluding the Chatroom You Must be 18 +

11 - Under no circumstances are children under the age of 18 allowed in the Chatroom.The chatrooms are provided as a free service. As such, there are no guarantees given or implied.

12 - Use of the chatroom is at your own risk. Your use of the chatroom constitutes an agreement that you will not hold On Netcafe Radio/Free 4U Graphics  or it's DJs liable for anything said or done in the service to anyone at anytime, even when chatting is in progress.

13 - Again, by using this FREE chat room, you agree that we will not be held liable in any case and for any reason. Use of the chatroom signifies that you are in total agreement to the terms contained here within. If you disagree with any of these terms, then please do not use the chatroom. If you use the chat room and do not agree to these terms  On Netcafe Radio/Free 4U Graphics & its DJs cannot and will not be held responsible.

14 - On Netcafe Radio/Free 4U Graphics reserve the right to ban anyone from using the chatroom at any time and for any reason they deem necessary to include, but not limited to: Disrespect Of Others, Causing A Disturbance, Purposely Annoying Others While in the Chatroom you must be actively involved in chat..Otherwise you will be ejected usually after 15 minutes

15 - WE DO NOT Allow Sitters In The Room, (Anyone not actively involved in chat for 15 minutes or longer will be ejected from the Chatroom) Anyone found misrepresenting themselves (eg. lying about their age, gender etc) anywhere on Netcafe Radio/Free 4U Graphicswill be subject to a ban or suspension.The Owners Decision is Final On Netcafe Radio/Free 4U Graphics  reserves the right to remove anyone without notification and/or reason.

17 - This service is a privilege, not a right. Please respect that at all times. By connecting to On Netcafe Radio/Free 4U Graphics you accept that Staff/Moderators may be present in the chatroom and on the Forum and that they can request to the Owners to remove your access to the service provided here on this Forum/Chatroom.
